1. Acceptance and eligibility
Timeliss is operated by Timeliss Pte. Ltd.. See business information for operator contacts; the contracting provider for paid work must be identified in the relevant quote or engagement.
When you complete account onboarding, you accept these Terms of Use and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you use Timeliss for another person, an estate or an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to do so and to provide the information involved.
You must be legally capable of entering into these terms. Do not use the service if applicable law prohibits you from doing so.
2. What Timeliss provides
Timeliss provides country-specific information, guided forms, self-service document tools, secure case dashboards, task and document coordination, communications and access to human, professional or service-partner support.
Available services vary by country. Information on the platform is general unless a qualified professional has expressly agreed to advise you under a separate engagement.
3. Guided tools and generated documents
A generated draft, checklist or recommendation depends on the answers supplied. You are responsible for checking names, instructions, assets, relationships and other material facts before relying on or signing a document.
Self-service tools are not a guarantee that a document is valid, complete or suitable. Legal validity can depend on capacity, signing, witnessing, registration, governing law and facts the tool cannot independently verify. Timeliss may recommend professional review where answers indicate complexity or risk.
The current self-service will generator is for standard Singapore circumstances. Australian preparation requires state or territory-specific steps and review; country information is not a claim that every service is available there. Do not use the Singapore template for another jurisdiction.
A saved answer, generated PDF or “signed” status reported by a user is not independent verification of legal validity. A will must still be properly executed; other documents may require certification, registration or court orders. A person preparing their own will must give their own voluntary instructions and have the required capacity. This tool cannot assess that capacity or authorise another person to make the will for them.
Timeliss does not promise probate approval, a particular recovery amount, institution response times, completion by a legal deadline or tax results. Maintain the signed original and obtain professional help when needed. The platform is not a substitute for emergency services.
4. Your account and responsibilities
You agree to:
- provide accurate, current and relevant information;
- only share personal data and documents you are authorised to provide;
- protect your email account, telephone number, magic links, one-time codes and passkeys;
- review case invitations and remove access that is no longer appropriate;
- meet any deadlines, execution formalities, filing requirements or professional instructions that apply to your matter; and
- use the service lawfully and respectfully.
You must not attempt unauthorised access, upload malicious or unlawful material, impersonate another person, interfere with the platform, scrape protected information, or use Timeliss to mislead, harass or harm others.
5. Professional and partner services
Lawyers, healthcare professionals, funeral providers and other partners are responsible for the professional or regulated services they agree to provide. Their work may require a separate engagement letter, consent, scope, fee, conflict check or professional terms.
Timeliss may help organise your case while separate providers carry out individual services. No professional-client relationship is created merely by browsing the site, completing an intake or receiving an automated recommendation.
6. Quotes, payments and cancellations
Free and paid elements will be identified before you proceed. For paid work, the scope, fees and relevant assumptions will be presented in a quote or separate engagement. Accepting a quote records your approval and may create a payment session with a payment provider.
See payments and cancellation requests. Taxes, third-party charges, filing fees and disbursements may be additional where stated. Cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms may depend on the accepted quote, work already completed, committed third-party costs and any mandatory consumer rights.
7. Communications and electronic records
You agree that service notices, authentication messages, case updates, quotes and records may be provided electronically through the dashboard, email or WhatsApp according to your selections. Keep your contact details current.
WhatsApp chat can collect preparation answers, but final will review and generation take place on the secure website. Reply STOP to disable WhatsApp case updates; START resumes chat and UPDATES ON separately enables future updates. An urgent flag is not a guaranteed response time.
WhatsApp and email are convenience channels and should not be used to send sensitive documents unless Timeliss expressly directs you to an approved secure method. Delivery can be affected by telecommunications and third-party platform availability.
8. Content and intellectual property
You retain rights in documents and information you provide. You grant Timeliss the permission needed to host, process, reproduce and share that content solely to operate the service, follow your instructions and meet legal obligations.
The Timeliss platform, branding, page designs, software, original guidance and templates are owned by or licensed to Timeliss. You may use outputs supplied for your personal or authorised organisational purpose, but may not resell, republish or systematically copy the platform without permission.
9. Availability, changes and third-party services
We aim to keep Timeliss available and accurate, but maintenance, security events, provider outages and legal or operational changes may interrupt or alter a feature. We may update, suspend or withdraw a service, including when a local service or provider is unavailable.
Third-party sites and services are governed by their own terms. Timeliss is not responsible for third-party content or systems outside its reasonable control.
10. Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, Timeliss is provided without a promise that every feature will be uninterrupted or error-free. Responsibility for a loss depends on the facts, the applicable engagement and the law, including each party’s acts or omissions. You remain responsible for accurate instructions and completing required external formalities; this does not excuse a failure by Timeliss to meet its own legal obligations.
Where Australian Consumer Law applies, services carry consumer guarantees that these terms cannot exclude. Applicable statutory remedies remain available, including remedies for services not supplied with due care and skill or as otherwise required by law.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or removes rights you have under mandatory consumer law. Any specific service agreement or accepted quote may contain additional responsibility and liability terms for that work.
11. Suspension and termination
Request account closure or a copy of accessible records through business contacts. Revoking access cannot recall copies already downloaded by an authorised recipient. Stopping platform use does not revoke a will, cancel a legal appointment or end a separate professional engagement.
You may stop using Timeliss at any time, subject to outstanding fees, active engagements and records that must be retained. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate misuse, comply with law, address non-payment or prevent harm.
12. Governing law and disputes
Unless mandatory law or a separate written agreement requires otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. Subject to those protections, the Singapore courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction. This does not require you to give up a consumer right to seek relief in a forum available under mandatory local law.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the platform, law or service arrangements change. The current version will be published here with its update date. If a change materially affects an active paid service, the applicable quote or separate engagement terms will continue to govern that work unless otherwise agreed.
