1. Acceptance and eligibility

By accessing or using Timeliss, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you use Timeliss for another person, an estate or an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to do so and to provide the information involved.

You must be legally capable of entering into these terms. Do not use the service if applicable law prohibits you from doing so.

2. What Timeliss provides

Timeliss provides country-specific information, guided forms, self-service document tools, secure case dashboards, task and document coordination, communications and access to human, professional or service-partner support.

Available services and workflows vary by country. Information on the platform is general unless a qualified professional has expressly agreed to advise you under a separate engagement.

3. Guided tools and generated documents

A generated draft, checklist or recommendation depends on the answers supplied. You are responsible for checking names, instructions, assets, relationships and other material facts before relying on or signing a document.

Self-service tools are not a guarantee that a document is valid, complete or suitable. Legal validity can depend on capacity, signing, witnessing, registration, governing law and facts the tool cannot independently verify. Timeliss may recommend professional review where answers indicate complexity or risk.

4. Your account and responsibilities

You agree to:

  • provide accurate, current and relevant information;
  • only share personal data and documents you are authorised to provide;
  • protect your email account, telephone number, magic links, one-time codes and passkeys;
  • review case invitations and remove access that is no longer appropriate;
  • meet any deadlines, execution formalities, filing requirements or professional instructions that apply to your matter; and
  • use the service lawfully and respectfully.

You must not attempt unauthorised access, upload malicious or unlawful material, impersonate another person, interfere with the platform, scrape protected information, or use Timeliss to mislead, harass or harm others.

5. Professional and partner services

Lawyers, healthcare professionals, funeral providers and other partners are responsible for the professional or regulated services they agree to provide. Their work may require a separate engagement letter, consent, scope, fee, conflict check or professional terms.

Timeliss may coordinate the workflow without becoming the provider of every underlying service. No professional-client relationship is created merely by browsing the site, completing an intake or receiving an automated recommendation.

6. Quotes, payments and cancellations

Free and paid elements will be identified before you proceed. For paid work, the scope, fees and relevant assumptions will be presented in a quote or separate engagement. Accepting a quote records your approval and may create a payment session with a payment provider.

Taxes, third-party charges, filing fees and disbursements may be additional where stated. Cancellation, rescheduling and refund terms may depend on the accepted quote, work already completed, committed third-party costs and any mandatory consumer rights.

7. Communications and electronic records

You agree that service notices, authentication messages, case updates, quotes and records may be provided electronically through the dashboard, email or WhatsApp according to your selections. Keep your contact details current.

WhatsApp and email are convenience channels and should not be used to send sensitive documents unless Timeliss expressly directs you to an approved secure method. Delivery can be affected by telecommunications and third-party platform availability.

8. Content and intellectual property

You retain rights in documents and information you provide. You grant Timeliss the permission needed to host, process, reproduce and share that content solely to operate the service, follow your instructions and meet legal obligations.

The Timeliss platform, branding, page designs, software, original guidance and templates are owned by or licensed to Timeliss. You may use outputs supplied for your personal or authorised organisational purpose, but may not resell, republish or systematically copy the platform without permission.

9. Availability, changes and third-party services

We aim to keep Timeliss available and accurate, but maintenance, security events, provider outages and legal or operational changes may interrupt or alter a feature. We may update, suspend or withdraw a service, particularly where a country workflow or partner is not ready.

Third-party sites and services are governed by their own terms. Timeliss is not responsible for third-party content or systems outside its reasonable control.

10. Disclaimers and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, Timeliss is provided without a promise that every feature will be uninterrupted or error-free. Timeliss is not responsible for loss caused by inaccurate or incomplete user information, missed external deadlines, failure to complete legal formalities, unauthorised account access caused by a user’s security failure, or independent acts of third-party providers.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or removes rights you have under mandatory consumer law. Any specific service agreement or accepted quote may contain additional responsibility and liability terms for that work.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Timeliss at any time, subject to outstanding fees, active engagements and records that must be retained. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate misuse, comply with law, address non-payment or prevent harm.

12. Governing law and disputes

Unless mandatory law or a separate written agreement requires otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. Unresolved disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform, law or service arrangements change. The current version will be published here with its update date. If a change materially affects an active paid service, the applicable quote or separate engagement terms will continue to govern that work unless otherwise agreed.
