Payments and cancellations

Free preparation and paid work

The standard Singapore will draft tool is free. Professional review, execution support, administration and external charges may be paid. A paid service must have a written scope, named provider, price and currency. Only accept once you understand the total and any separately payable taxes, filing fees or disbursements.

Agree the price now, pay at the agreed stage

You can begin with the free questions and preparation. Before paid work begins, your quote must explain what is included, any extra costs, who will do the work, cancellation terms and the exact point when payment is due. Accepting a quote does not charge you immediately. Your provider requests payment when that agreed stage is reached, such as when an application pack is ready for final review. The standard will draft remains free even if you decline optional professional help.

Change, cancel or request a refund

Contact ask@timeliss.com or the provider named in your engagement. Give the case or quote reference, the requested change and the reason. Do not send card numbers. A request is not automatically a completed cancellation: seek confirmation of what work has stopped and what remains committed.

Eligibility and the amount payable depend on applicable law and the terms disclosed before acceptance, including work already supplied and properly committed third-party charges. No blanket “no refunds” rule applies. If a cancellation fee or change-of-mind policy has not been stated, ask for it before accepting; this page does not introduce an undisclosed fee.

Service problems and consumer rights

Tell us if the service is not supplied as agreed. We will review the request and explain the proposed remedy and any refund calculation. Where Australian Consumer Law applies, its consumer guarantees and available remedies remain in place. These terms do not remove rights to rectification, cancellation, refunds or compensation where the law provides them. See the ACCC consumer remedies guidance.

Do not assume that cancelling a platform request cancels a court deadline, statutory appointment or independent provider engagement. Check those arrangements separately.

Payment records and disputes

Keep your quote, engagement, receipt and case messages. A pending or failed payment is not proof of payment; contact support about duplicate charges or an incorrect status. Refund processing times depend on the responsible provider and payment method; ask for the expected timing when a refund is approved.
