Cookies and storage

Last updated 25 September 2026

Essential session storage

The _timeliss_session cookie supports sign-in, security checks, language choices and links to saved preparation or an interrupted service journey. It has a configured lifetime of up to 30 days. Authentication and saved-draft expiry are checked separately; a cookie is not a permanent grant of access.

Anonymous saved will answers are kept on the server and linked to the browser session. Clearing cookies can make that preparation inaccessible from the browser. Saved preparation expires after 30 days; generated case records have a different retention purpose.

Referral information

Referral and campaign parameters may be kept with a service enquiry to identify how it reached Timeliss. The current site does not load optional advertising or third-party analytics scripts. Any future optional tracking requires an updated notice and consent controls where required.

Your controls

You can delete or block cookies in your browser, but you may be unable to sign in, save answers or continue a service. Links to WhatsApp, Google, payment providers and other external services take you to services with their own storage and privacy practices.
